Zach and Jessica started 1:16 Lawn Care in 2015 with a passion to serve the local community. Our mission is to create a backdrop for your memories through property transformations; an exceptional customer experience as we strive to show Christ's Love in all we do; and a family atmosphere for our employees that fosters unlimited growth!

The name of the Business - 1:16 Lawn Care - comes from the Bible verse, Romans 1:16. "For I am not ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes." Our Faith is central to who we are. We bring our Christian faith to life in how we take care of our customers and team members.

As 1:16 Lawn Care continues to grow and add more team members we strive to give homeowners and businesses the chance to "Create A Backdrop For Your Memories" with awe-inspiring landscape. Whether we are mowing a lawn, installing a paver patio, building a wall, installing mulch, or answering phone calls and emails - we demonstrate a level of professionalism that is rarely seen in our industry. An experience that is so unique, so personal, and so different than other companies - an experience that is unforgettable!

Zach and Jessica built 1:16 Lawn Care from the ground up, and raised a family while they were at it! Zach had the dream and Jessica's support, it ended up being a winning duo. They have moved to Southwest Florida to open our second location and look forward to opening many more in the future! We are so excited to have you along for the ride!

Nicki Epps

Office Manager / Human Resources

Nicki now has over a year under her belt in the Office. She is experienced in everything from leading the mowing and landscape crews to answering all office correspondence, and even jumps out in the field if the guys ask nice enough! Nicki will be your go-to for all things landscaping!

Sydney Koehler

Marketing Manager

While Sydney's work is mostly behind the scenes, she is always in the office to lend a helping hand where needed. When she first started with 1:16 Lawn Care she was a "one man band" learning the ropes and all things office! If our Facebook, Instagram, or door hangers brought you here, she is the one to thank!

Sam Hetrick

Project Manager

Sam, like most team members has done it all! He started over a year ago as a landscape crew member and worked his way into the office (and into our hearts). Sam will do just about any job task that's given; but outside of the office you will mostly find him at one of our plant and material vendors sourcing beautiful materials for our customers!

Mark Crone

Estimator

With many years of sales experience, Mark ended up at 1:16 Lawn Care after looking for a career change. Little did we know at the time, he's basically a landscaping artist! When you schedule an estimate with the office, Mark is who you will get to meet with. We hear nothing but rave reviews from customers, and we are sure you will see why once you meet him!
