I live in a community where the HOA is supposed to take care of my yard but they don't. 1:16 was hired because I'm very picky about the way my yard looks. I must say, and I'm a hard person to please, they do an excellent job! Not only does my yard look beautiful because they take the time to make it look really good, but their employees are very friendly, very approachable, and easy to work with if there's a particular thing you're concerned about. Give them a try and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

They just did a job for me and very pleased. Attention to detail and cleaned everything up. Would highly recommend!
